Kalaki Collective delivered the architectural 3D modelling and CGI integration for VGN Wincrest Towers' brand film, starring Ashok Selvan, positioning the Guindy-based residential project as a next-generation luxury address. The film's most ambitious sequence sees the building itself rendered as a glass-walled, cross-sectional 3D model - each floor and apartment fully furnished and visible, turning VGN Wincrest's structure into a piece of architectural showmanship rather than a simple render. Set against a skyline backdrop, the sequence lets viewers "fly" past the tower and see straight into its rooms, tying the film's futuristic visual language directly to the real, physical product being sold.
