Panic Press came to Chennai in collaboration with Kalaki Collective for a hands-on screen printing workshop.
Participants learned to make their own DIY mini screens, working from designs they'd created ahead of the session. They brought along old tees, forgotten apparel, and pieces they wanted to give a second life to — got their hands inky, painted directly onto the screens, and walked away with a custom piece that was entirely their own.
It was Kalaki's first screen printing event, and the turnout made it one to remember. More screen printing workshops are on the way, in Chennai and beyond.
